General Specifications
Rated capacitance at 25±3°C is 500F, measured between 3.8V and 2.5V, the highest capacitance in the entire LIHC series. Nominal voltage is 3.8V. Operating voltage spans 2.5V to 3.8V. Maximum charging voltage is 4.2V. DCR is ≤100mΩ at 4.2V with 10ms pulse, the lowest DC resistance in the LIHC family. ACR is ≤40mΩ at 1kHz and 3.6V, also the lowest AC resistance in the series. Continuous discharge current is 2.0A, the highest in the family. Pulse discharge current (<1s) is 20.0A, the highest pulse capability in the entire LIHC series. Maximum charge current is 4.0A, also the highest in the series. Leakage current is ≤10.0μA after 72h at 25°C, the highest leakage due to the large capacitance. Operating temperature is -40°C to 65°C. Storage temperature is 10°C to 40°C.
Physical Dimensions
Diameter ΦD is 16mm with +0.5mm maximum, the widest body in the LIHC series. Length L is 41±1.5mm, the tallest member of the 16mm diameter series and the second tallest overall. Lead length L1 is 28.5±1.0mm and L2 is 24±1.0mm. Lead diameter Φd is 0.8±0.1mm, the thickest leads in the LIHC series. Lead pitch P is 7.5±0.5mm, the widest pitch. Weight is ≤16 grams, the heaviest in the entire LIHC product family. The cylindrical aluminum shell provides mechanical protection and sealing. The rubber plug prevents short circuits and electrolyte leakage. This is the highest capacitance, highest current, lowest resistance, and largest physical size member of the entire LIHC series—the flagship product.

Cycle Life Characteristics
Cycle life exceeds 250,000 cycles under 10C charge/discharge between 3.7V and 3.1V at room temperature. After 250,000 cycles, capacitance retention is at least 70 percent of initial value and internal resistance remains within 4 times the initial specified value.
Temperature Performance
At -20°C, capacitance retention is ≥70% of initial value and internal resistance ≤10 times initial specified value. At +65°C, capacitance change stays within ±10 percent of initial value and internal resistance remains within initial limits. High temperature and high humidity storage (60±3°C, 90±3% RH for 1000 hours) results in capacitance ≥70% and internal resistance ≤2 times initial value. High temperature float test at 65°C and 3.8V for 1000 hours maintains capacitance ≥70% and resistance ≤4 times initial value.

The product meets general safety requirements with no explosion and no fire under overcharge, short circuit, thermal exposure, and mechanical stress tests. It complies with IEC 62831 and IEC 62391 standards.
