      Description:

      The LIHC1340-3R8-300F lithium ion hybrid capacitor delivers 300F capacitance at 3.8V nominal (4.2V max), the lowest DCR in the 12.5mm family at 150mΩ, the lowest ACR at 50mΩ, 250,000 cycle life, -40°C to 65°C operation, 1.0A continuous current, 10.0A pulse current (highest in the series), and 1.5A max charge. The 12.5x40mm cylinder weighing 9.5g is the highest capacity and largest physical size member of the LIHC series, designed for applications requiring maximum energy storage, lowest resistance, and highest current handling.

        Features and advantages

        LIHC is a hybrid energy storage device combining:-a capacitive cathode  based on activated carbon-and a battery-type anode based on lithium-ion intercalation materials such as graphite or pre-lithiated carbon.
