High temperature and high humidity storage (60±3°C, 90±3% RH for 1000 hours) results in capacitance ≥70% and internal resistance ≤2 times initial value. High temperature float test at 65°C and 3.8V for 1000 hours maintains capacitance ≥70% and resistance ≤4 times initial value.
