      Description:

      The LIHC1330-3R8-200F lithium ion hybrid capacitor delivers 200F capacitance at 3.8V nominal (4.2V max), the lowest ACR in the 12.5mm family at 80mΩ, 200mΩ DCR, 250,000 cycle life, -40°C to 65°C operation, 700mA continuous current, 7.0A pulse current, and 1.3A max charge. The 12.5x31mm cylinder weighing 7.0g is the highest capacity member of the 12.5mm LIHC series, designed for applications requiring maximum energy storage and lowest AC resistance in a through-hole package.

        General Specifications

        Cycle Life Characteristics
        Cycle life exceeds 250,000 cycles under 10C charge/discharge between 3.7V and 3.1V at room temperature. After 250,000 cycles, capacitance retention is at least 70 percent of initial value and internal resistance remains within 4 times the initial specified value.

        Temperature Performance
        At -20°C, capacitance retention is ≥70% of initial value and internal resistance ≤10 times initial specified value. At +65°C, capacitance change stays within ±10 percent of initial value and internal resistance remains within initial limits. High temperature and high humidity storage (60±3°C, 90±3% RH for 1000 hours) results in capacitance ≥70% and internal resistance ≤2 times initial value. High temperature float test at 65°C and 3.8V for 1000 hours maintains capacitance ≥70% and resistance ≤4 times initial value.

        Safety and Quality
        The product meets general safety requirements with no explosion and no fire under overcharge, short circuit, thermal exposure, and mechanical stress tests. It complies with IEC 62831 and IEC 62391 standards.

        Storage and Shipping
        Each capacitor is shipped at a voltage between 3.3V and 3.8V. Standard export packaging in cartons is applied. Store at 10°C to 40°C for long term preservation.

        Precautions
        Use within specified voltage (2.5V to 3.8V, max 4.2V) and temperature (-40°C to 65°C). Avoid reverse polarity. Avoid excessive heat during soldering. Avoid mechanical damage and external short circuits.
