Product Overview
The LIHC0813-3R8-20F is a lithium ion hybrid capacitor that combines a capacitive cathode based on activated carbon with a lithium ion intercalation anode. This unique hybrid structure enables both non faradaic (capacitive) and faradaic (battery like) energy storage mechanisms, achieving a balance of energy density, power density, and ultra long cycle life. Rated at 3.8V with 20F capacitance, it provides reliable energy buffering and backup power for IoT devices, wireless communication modules, and industrial electronics.

Diaphragm—Isolates positive and negative poles, preventing short circuit caused by contact between two poles. The diaphragm has the function of allowing the passage of electrolyte ions. Lead—CP wire, also known as tinned copper clad steel wire, has high conductivity, good bending performance, and weldability,-a and is a bridge for internal energy transmission to the outside. Rubber plug—Made of elastomer material, which prevents short-circuiting between the terminals and the housing, and has a sealing and insulating effect, preventing the electrolyte from leaking out and evaporating.

Physical Dimensions and Packaging
Diameter ΦD is 8mm with +0.5mm maximum. Length L is 13.5±1.5mm. Lead length L1 is 28.5±1.0mm and L2 is 22.5±1.0mm. Lead diameter Φd is 0.6±0.1mm. Lead pitch P is 3.5±0.5mm. Weight is less than or equal to 1.5 grams per unit. The cylindrical aluminum shell provides mechanical protection and sealing. The rubber plug prevents short circuits between terminals and housing while sealing electrolyte.
