        The SIHC0613‑3R0‑7F is a 3.0V 7F sodium ion hybrid capacitor that packs serious performance into a 6x13mm cylinder weighing just 0.9g. It combines a NaFePO4 cathode with a hard carbon anode, delivering higher energy density than EDLCs, excellent power delivery, and reliable operation down to -40°C. With a 50,000‑cycle life and sodium‑based (non‑lithium) chemistry, it’s a safe, cost‑effective choice for IoT sensors, electronic shelf labels, and backup power.

        What’s Inside
        Cathode: NaFePO4. Anode: Hard carbon. Separator: Ion‑permeable membrane. Electrolyte: Organic system. The aluminum shell seals everything tight, and the rubber plug prevents leaks and shorts. Lead terminals are tinned copper‑clad steel for easy soldering and reliable connections.
