      Sodium Ion Hybrid Capacitor for Reliable Backup
      The SIHC0813-3R0-16F is a 3.0V 16F sodium ion hybrid capacitor combining a NaFePO4 cathode with a hard carbon anode. This sodium based chemistry delivers high energy density compared to EDLCs, excellent power performance, and superior low temperature operation down to -40°C. With an ultra long cycle life exceeding 50,000 cycles and high safety due to the non lithium system, it is ideal for IoT devices, electronic shelf labels (ESL), backup power, energy buffering, and industrial electronics.

      Nominal voltage is 3.0V. Operating voltage range is 1.5V to 3.6V. Maximum charging voltage is 3.65V. Rated capacitance at 25±3°C is 16F measured between 3.6V and 1.5V. DC internal resistance (DCR) is ≤600mΩ measured at 3.6V with 10ms pulse. AC internal resistance (ACR) is ≤400mΩ measured at 1kHz and 3.4V. Continuous discharge current is 100mA. Pulse discharge current (less than 1 second) reaches 2.0A. Maximum discharge current is 150mA. Leakage current is ≤3.0μA after 72 hours at 25°C. Operating temperature range is -40°C to 70°C. Storage temperature range is 10°C to 40°C.

      Cycle Life and Reliability
      Cycle life exceeds 50,000 cycles under standard test conditions (10C charge/discharge between 3.6V and 1.5V at room temperature). After 50,000 cycles, capacitance retention is at least 70 percent of initial value and internal resistance remains within 4 times the initial specified value. High temperature and high humidity storage (60±3°C, 90±3% RH for 1000 hours) results in capacitance ≥70% and internal resistance ≤2 times initial value. Long term storage performance shows capacitance ≥90% and resistance ≤2 times initial value.

      Temperature Performance
      At -20°C, capacitance retention is ≥60% of initial value and internal resistance ≤10 times initial specified value. At +65°C, capacitance change stays within ±10% of initial value and internal resistance remains within initial limits. The superior low temperature performance (-40°C operation) makes it suitable for outdoor and cold chain applications.

      Safety and Quality
      The product meets general safety requirements with no explosion and no fire under overcharge, short circuit, thermal exposure, and mechanical stress tests. Sodium ion chemistry offers inherent safety without lithium related risks. It complies with IEC 62831 and IEC 62391 standards.
