      High Performance LFP 18650 Cell
      The LFP18650-1500mAh is a cylindrical lithium iron phosphate cell with a nominal voltage of 3.2V and capacity of 1500mAh. Using LFP cathode and graphite anode, this cell delivers excellent cycle life (6,000 cycles at 80% retention), outstanding high rate capability (10C charge and discharge with 98% capacity retention), and superior safety (passes nail penetration, crush, short circuit, and overcharge tests). Housed in a standard 18650 format (18mm diameter, 65.5mm height), it is ideal for electric vehicle batteries, energy storage, power tools, and high power applications.

      Core Specifications
      Nominal capacity is 1500mAh (1C at room temperature). Nominal voltage is 3.2V (average discharge voltage at 1C). Internal impedance is ≤20mΩ measured by AC 1kHz at 30% to 50% state of charge. Standard charge cut off voltage is 3.65V. Standard discharge cut off voltage is 2.0V. Maximum continuous charge current is 3C (4.5A) but note rate performance shows 10C charge capability (see below). Maximum continuous discharge current is 5C (7.5A) but also supports up to 10C for short durations.       Cycle Life
      Under standard test conditions (1C charge/discharge, 100% DOD at room temperature), the cell retains ≥80% of initial capacity after 6,000 cycles. This long cycle life makes LFP suitable for daily deep cycling in EVs and stationary storage.

      Rate Performance
      Charge capacity at 3C, 5C, and 10C rates is ≥98% of initial capacity. Discharge capacity at 3C, 5C, and 10C rates is also ≥98% of initial capacity. This exceptional high rate capability allows fast charging (10C charges the cell in 6 minutes) and high power delivery without significant capacity loss.

      Temperature Performance
      At 0°C, charge capacity is ≥95% and discharge capacity ≥80% of initial capacity. At -20°C, charge capacity is ≥80% and discharge capacity ≥60% of initial capacity. This makes the cell suitable for moderate cold climates with appropriate thermal management.

      Storage and Self Discharge
      After 28 days storage at room temperature, residual capacity is ≥90% and recoverable capacity ≥95% of initial. After 7 days at 60°C, residual capacity is ≥92% and recoverable capacity ≥95% of initial. For long term storage, keep at 10% to 30% SOC in a clean dry room at -5°C to 28°C, recharge every 6 months.
